Shipping policy
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £75.00
Our parcels will be sent via a tracked service.
We will aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours and you will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by unforeseen issues.
We are a small independent business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?
Please contact us by email: Sarah@thelittlechildrensstore.co.uk if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.
